I had been watching it, when I was junior high school student. I thought that it was interesting. In fact, This film won five Academy Awards at the 68th Academy Awards, including the Academy Award for Best Picture and Best Director, and had been nominated for an additional five. Produced by Icon Productions for Paramount Pictures and 20th Century Fox, the film's success may have helped to revive the historical epic genre, with subsequent films such as Gladiator, The Patriot, Alexander, Troy, Kingdom of Heaven and 300. At that time, I have been studying English, but I did not understand that this movie’s English is Scots.
This time, I could watch it again. I thought that I could have a lot of things.
First, this movie’s English is Scots. I sometimes could understand it that neither British English nor American English. Because I didn’t often understand that actor’s speech like a Scots.
