　Kumamoto has a lot of tourist attraction difference from other largest city.
For example, it has a lot of hot spring and has many traditional arts and then has rich natural environment. There are valuable things even now. “Kumamoto castle” and “Kurokawa hot spring” are most famous in the tourist attraction of Kumamoto.
Therefore I think that Kumamoto is for foreign country people to learn about county and history of Japan. And then I will show you about Kumamoto sightseeing places.
　

　Kumamoto-jo Castle is one of the Japan's three biggest fine castles with Osaka-jo Castle / Nagoya-jo Castle. Kiyomasa Kato took time of seven years and completed it in 12 (1607) Keicho era years.
　Ishigaki "protecting stones of samurai residences" which it is hard to come to climb so as to go to the top in particular are unique. The current castle tower rebuilt that I was destroyed by fire by the Southwestern Rebellion of 1877 in 1960.

The Kumamoto animals and plants garden comes to have same a zoo , botanical garden, an amusement park in the bank of Gotsu lake. A familiar animal is "金絲猴" which became a model of Sun Wu-K'ung of "Journey to the West". In addition, we can watch the rare animal which said a tree kangaroo.

　Fujisaki shrine has the history more than 1000, and annual festival to 15th is performed every year from September 11. The festival is grand, and God good luck line parades around a town, and an escort line dressed in an armor helmet is heroic. Dedication of a horse called "a horse driver" is grand, and the youth who entered of spirit blows on a trumpet and parades around a city while dancing it.

Mt. Kinpou is a mountain got close to to a citizen of Kumamoto-shi for a long time. There is an uphill way of "a certain sliding" to the mountaintop and is famous by being considerably steep.
　There is a television tower and Shinto shrine , an observation station on the mountaintop and can look around Kumamoto-shi.

Mt. Aso is a composite volcano of world maximum grade surrounded by an outer rim of a volcanic crater of circumference 128km of meters above the sea level 1,000m grade. Mt. Aso is the name that named five mountains generally. Five mountains are Mt. formal headwear for court nobles and Mt. Kishima with Mt. Naka-dake where volcanic activity is prosperous and highest Takaoka and Mt. basis of a notched head.
　A visit of the crater is possible. In addition, I recommend that I climb it by a ropeway.
